GitLab CE/EE Denial-of-Service Vulnerability via File Upload

A denial-of-service vulnerability has been identified in GitLab Community Edition (CE) and Enterprise Edition (EE) versions 11.7 prior to 18.3.5, 18.4 prior to 18.4.3, and 18.5 prior to 18.5.1. This vulnerability could have allowed an unauthenticated attacker to disrupt service by uploading large files to specific API endpoints, creating a denial-of-service condition.

Remediation
