My Geo Posts Free WordPress Plugin Stored Cross-Site Scripting Vulnerability

A stored cross-site scripting vulnerability has been identified in the My Geo Posts Free plugin for WordPress, affecting all versions through 1.2. The issue arises from the plugin's failure to properly sanitize user input and escape output for the 'default' shortcode attribute in the 'mygeo_city' shortcode. This vulnerability allows authenticated attackers with contributor-level access and above to inject arbitrary web scripts into pages, which are executed when users access the affected pages.
