A heap buffer overflow vulnerability has been identified in the WebGPU component of Google Chrome. This issue affects versions of Chrome prior to 141.0.7390.54. The vulnerability allows a remote attacker who has compromised the renderer process to potentially exploit heap corruption by using a crafted HTML page.
Exploitation of this vulnerability could lead to heap corruption, which may be exploited to execute arbitrary code or cause a denial-of-service condition.
Users can update to Google Chrome version 141.0.7390.54 or later to address this vulnerability.
