GitLab CE/EE Email Address Disclosure Vulnerability

Vulnerability

A vulnerability exists in GitLab Community Edition (CE) and Enterprise Edition (EE) in versions 17.1 prior to 17.10.7, 17.11 prior to 17.11.3, and 18.0 prior to 18.0.1. Under certain conditions, unauthorized users may be able to view full email addresses that are meant to be partially obscured.

Impact

Exploitation of this vulnerability could lead to unauthorized disclosure of full email addresses, violating user privacy.
