Linux Kernel V3D DRM Active Performance Monitor Handling Vulnerability

A vulnerability exists in the Linux kernel's V3D DRM module related to the management of the performance monitor. When the active performance monitor is being destroyed, it is not properly stopped first, leaving a stale pointer that can cause undefined behavior and system instability. This issue has been addressed by ensuring the performance monitor is halted before destruction, in line with previous updates.
