A vulnerability in the Linux kernel's brcmsmac wireless driver has been addressed by adding a gain range check in the function wlc_phy_iqcal_gainparams_nphy(). This modification prevents potential out-of-bounds access to the 'tbl_iqcal_gainparams_nphy' array. The issue was identified by the Linux Verification Center using the SVACE tool.
