NVIDIA CUDA Toolkit NULL Pointer Dereference Vulnerability in nvdisasm Binary Allowing Partial Denial-of-Service

Vulnerability

A vulnerability exists in the NVIDIA CUDA Toolkit's nvdisasm binary across all platforms. This issue allows a user to cause a NULL pointer exception by providing a malformed ELF file to nvdisasm. Exploiting this vulnerability could result in a partial denial-of-service condition.

Exploitation of this vulnerability can lead to a partial denial-of-service, causing the application to crash or become unresponsive for a period of time.
