A buffer overflow vulnerability has been identified in Effectmatrix Total Video Converter Command Line (TVCC) version 2.50. This vulnerability arises from a Structured Exception Handler-based buffer overflow when a specially crafted file is supplied to the -ff parameter. The issue is caused by improper management of file input containing excessively long characters, leading to memory corruption. Exploitation of this vulnerability could result in arbitrary code execution or cause a denial-of-service condition.
