IBM Jazz Foundation Cross-Site Scripting Vulnerability

A cross-site scripting vulnerability has been identified in IBM Jazz Foundation versions 7.0.2 prior to iFix033, 7.0.3 prior to iFix012, and 7.1.0 prior to iFix002. This vulnerability allows an unauthenticated attacker to inject arbitrary JavaScript into the Web UI, potentially altering functionality and leading to credential disclosure within a trusted session.

Impact

Exploitation of this vulnerability could result in cross-site scripting, allowing for the injection of malicious scripts that could be executed in the context of the user's session.

Remediation

Users are advised to upgrade to version 7.0.2 iFix034, 7.0.3 iFix013, or 7.1.0 iFix003.
