Intel MPI Library for Windows Privilege Escalation Vulnerability

A vulnerability exists in some versions of the Intel MPI Library for Windows, prior to 2021.13, allowing an authenticated user to potentially escalate privileges through local access. This issue arises from an uncontrolled search path in the software.
