Intel VPL Software Privilege Escalation Vulnerability

A vulnerability allowing unauthorized privilege escalation has been identified in some Intel Video Processing Library (VPL) software versions prior to 2023.4.0. This vulnerability arises from an uncontrolled search path, which may enable an authenticated user to exploit local access for privilege escalation.
