WordPress Header Builder Plugin Cross-Site Request Forgery Vulnerability

A Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) vulnerability has been identified in the WordPress Header Builder Plugin - Pearl, affecting all versions through 1.3.8. The issue arises from inadequate nonce validation on the 'stm_header_builder' page, allowing unauthenticated attackers to delete arbitrary headers by tricking a site administrator into clicking a link.

Impact

Exploitation of this vulnerability allows for Cross-Site Request Forgery, enabling the deletion of arbitrary headers by exploiting the lack of proper nonce validation.

Remediation

Users are advised to update the WordPress Header Builder Plugin - Pearl to version 1.3.9 or a newer patched version.
