A vulnerability allowing external control of file names or paths has been identified in Fortinet FortiClient for Mac, specifically in versions through 7.2.3 and 7.0.10 and below. This vulnerability may enable a local attacker to execute arbitrary code or commands by writing a malicious configuration file to the /tmp directory prior to the installation process.
