Linux Kernel Intel Thunderbolt Resource Leak Vulnerability

A resource leak vulnerability has been identified in the Linux kernel's Intel Thunderbolt component. The issue arises in the error handling path after 'pci_alloc_irq_vectors()' is called, where 'pci_free_irq_vectors()' should also be invoked to prevent the resource leak. This error has been corrected in the latest version.
