A vulnerability in the Linux kernel's IPv6 routing management has been addressed. The issue arose during the late initialization phase of IPv6 route management. If the 'ipv6_route' or 'rt6_stats' files failed to be created, the initialization would still complete successfully by default. As a result, these files would be missing when the cleanup process attempted to remove them, leading to a warning. The warning indicated that the 'rt6_stats' file could not be found, causing a discrepancy in the expected routing management process.
The vulnerability caused a warning message to be generated during the network cleanup process, indicating a failure to remove a expected routing statistics entry.
Our algorithm analyzes dozens of metrics to generate these 8 key vulnerability categories, which are then combined to calculate the overall risk score.
