An information disclosure vulnerability has been identified in SmarterTools SmarterTrack version 7922. The issue resides in the Chat Management search form, specifically within the /Management/Chat/frmChatSearch.aspx endpoint. This vulnerability allows attackers to access and retrieve sensitive agent identification details, including first and last names and unique identifiers.
